Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Sessions
Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full session fee.
Rescheduling: Reschedule anytime with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost.
No-Show: If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the full session fee is charged.
2. Group Programs
Cancellation: Cancel within 7 days of enrollment for full refund. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on completed sessions.
Access: Program access is granted upon payment. Refunds for completed sessions are not available.
3. Digital Materials
Downloadable guides and recordings are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing materials, contact us for support before requesting a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Check with your financial institution if you don't see the refund.
5. Exceptions
No refunds for: services completed as agreed, cancellations outside the specified window, third-party payment processor fees, or circumstances beyond our control (technical issues, weather, etc.).
6. Disputes
Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you have a refund dispute. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
